Had my choice of many vet clinics, even one just a few miles from my home. But I drove 40 minutes to have a cat, "pickles" spade. Tara was wonderful, friendly and helpful on the phone , and in person. Reasonable prices, and very friendly staff.

Dr Sinnamon is wonderful! The staff is also great. Very kind and caring - great with the animals! This is by far the very best vet clinic in the Howard County/Clinton County area and rates are reasonable.

We took our dog in because he was having a lot of trouble breathing. We took him in on a Thursday during normal business hours. When we arrived the receptionist informed us that it was the vet's day off but to leave our dog and she would call her and see what she wanted to do. Three hours later AA vetcare called and told us to come get our dog because the vet wouldn't be in to see him. When we got there the receptionist informed us that the vet had already been in for emergency care and wouldn't come in again. She told me to put our dog in a room by himself and bring him in the following afternoon for an appointment. I specifically asked her about his airway being obstructed and she told me it was not. We knew something was terribly wrong so we rushed our dog to another vet in another town. They took one look at our dog and knew something was wrong. His body temperature was low, his gums were white, and they felt swelling in his throat. After X-rays and blood work they found that our dog had blood clots that were closing off his airway. The vet told us that if he would have been treated sooner he most likely could have been saved. Those precious hours spent at AA vetcare, locked in a cage, with absolutely no treatment, caused him to be severely anemic and he now had a 20% chance of survival. With my children crying and begging us not to do it, we ended up having to put him out of his suffering. He was only two years old. This was completely avoidable and I wish I would have taken him somewhere else to begin with. Although AA vetcare had taken care of all of our animals since birth we will no longer use their services.

I took my dog there for chiropractic and acupuncture treatment. Dr. Sinnamon spent a lot of time with us and explained everything she was doing. I appreciate the care my dog received and the great customer service. We drove an hour to get there and will gladly do it again.

I had a frightening experience when taking my cat to our first visit at AA Vetcare. The crate fell apart on the way into the clinic and I found myself chasing my cat outside with the dangers of open fields and traffic on US 35. The staff at the clinic helped me to safely rescue my cat and secured the crate so this experience would not occur again. I was very grateful for their assistance and caring that day.
